Relationships

Relationships are a significant pillar of life and can often impact your emotional well-being both positively and negatively.  Whether in your family, friendships, romantic or work life, it often takes nourishment to cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships.  This may involve understanding your needs, triggers, and emotions and learning and accepting how they may differ from another individual’s.  It may also consist of feeling more confident in communication skills and/or conflict resolution. Processing and understanding these elements in therapy can serve as a helpful way to feel empowered and ultimately experience greater authenticity in your relationships.

Common relationship issues may include:

  • Feeling isolated or disconnected within your relationship(s)
